15 signs you have a diet mindset

We've spoken a lot over the years about how much we hate diets, and how much they simply do. not. work.

In this episode of the show we give you 15 signs that you might have a diet mindset. Clues that we have either gone through personally or seen many times with our own clients.

Something we like to remind our clients, and ourselves, regularly is that you will not solve long-term problems with a short-term approach, or outlook.

The sad truth is that you will not change your life permanently if you approach this like a diet.

Do you recognise yourself in any of these signs?
