Episode 006 - My top tips for making family friendly & affordable meals
Let’s face it, if somebody were to say to you that they want to start eating better, “cleaner”, healthier, the first thing that runs through your mind is that pictures of plain chicken breasts, plain steamed veggies, plain salads, no sauces or condiments, and restricting certain food groups… But it doesn’t have to be like that – in fact it shouldn’t be like that – not if your goal is lifelong health and sustainability!!
The other thing that is associated with “healthy eating” is that it’s expensive and eating meals different to your family which also means extra work. But I’m going to share a few tricks of the trade to not only make meal times more enjoyable, but to also get the family involved and cut down on your weekly grocery bill! Imagine having healthy & delicious meals at your disposal for only a few dollars each!!
