Episode 004 - Conquering mindless eating
You know that feeling – going to the pantry or fridge and opening the doors and just staring blankly into them looking at what you can eat…. It’s like you just have this urge to want to put food in your mouth – slices of cheese, biscuits, chips, lollies, chocolate…. And the funny thing is, you’re not even sure if hunger!!!
In this episode, I will be talking about my experiences with this and how I overcame the urge to keep stuffing things in my mouth just because it was there!!
