“Exercise more, eat less” is the common mantra that the health and fitness industry likes to promote so no wonder mums can feel hopeless when they feel they have to fit in hours and hours of exercise a week just in order to get a result!

In this episode, I break down what is really required in order to get those changes you are after and where you should be putting your focus to get the biggest bang for buck out of the little time you do have to spend on yourself!
