They might follow the diet their friend is doing, or do a search online and see what sounds good and away they go!

Problem is, 95% of diets fail right from the outset or people are back to their bad old habits within the first 12 months anyway.

While a diet will tell you what to eat and what not to eat, it won’t address what actually matters when it comes to sustainable and permanent weight loss.
